This study aims to determine whether there is relationship between work family conflict with resilience of policewomen Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya. This study used quantitative approach, with data collection technique used a questionnaire. Measuring instrument used is work family conflict scale to measure work family conflict and resilience quotion test to measure resilience. The sample of this study were early adulthood women aged 25 - 40 who are married and have children aged 1-17 years, as many as 100 people with purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using spearman correlation. The result of data processing shows that there is relationship between work family conflict with resilience of policewomen Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya. Behavior based wif dimension indicates relationship with resilience while Time based wif, Time based fiw, Strain based wif, Strain based fiw, and Behavior based fiw have no significant relationship with resilience in policewomen Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya
