ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of FED Rate, BI Rate, Inflation Rate, and World Oil Prices to Consumer Goods Index with Dollar Exchanges Rate as intervening variable Period 2013-2018. The population of this study is sectoral index. The sample taken in this study uses secondary data, with the amount of data as much as 72 period. Data analysis in this study used multiple linier regression analysis, causal step, t test statistic, F statistical test, and coeffisient of determination test (R2) with the help of computer program SPSS version 16.00. The results of the first study directly indicate that the FED Rate, BI rate, and World Oil Prices had a significant effect on the Consumer Goods Index and the Dollar Exchange Rate. The Inflation Rate doesn?t have a significant effect on the Consumer Goods Index and the Dollar Exchange Rate. The Dollar Exchange Rate has a significant effect on Consumer Goods Index. The results of the second analysis conducted through intevening variables indicate that the FED Rate hasn?t significant effect on the Consumer Goods Index, and The fixed Inflation Rate hasn?t significant effect on the Consumer Goods Index. However, BI Rate and World Oil Prices have a significant effect on the Consumer Goods Index.
