Inventory is one of the important assets owned by the company. Because inventory is an asset that must be made good internal control to keep the inventory of the bad things that might happen. This study aims to determine that the effect on the effectiveness of internal control drug supply management. The method used in this research is the data collection tool in the form of questionnaires and interviews, and the data sources obtained from Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Unit Business Manager Depok. In this study designed several variables, namely the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, monitoring. The results of this study is that the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring of drug supply management at Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Unit Business Manager Depok affect the effectiveness of drug supply management.
