Outcome Satisfaction, Commitment to Perform thus Affecting Antecendent
This research included in causal associative type of research aims to This research is to identify the effect of justice perceptions, net perceived benefit on outcome satisfaction and commitment to perform in small industry that employs less than 10 employees in Yogyakarta. This study is a survey research by using questionnaire instrument to collect the data needed. Questionnaires were distributed to 120 small industry employee located in Depok Regency. In order to provide the description about respondent demography, the research data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The data quality resulted from this research instrument usage was evaluated by reliability as well as validity tests. Hypothesis were tested by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to recognize their effects on outcome satisfaction and commitment to perform. The results of this research show that net perceived benefit have significance influence on outcome satisfation and commitment to perform. Justice perception have significance affect on commitment to perform but have not significance on outcome satisfaction.
