ABSTRACT

The optimum quality of work is the main objective in the Government Institution. The optimally job quality is major order to get management of government. One of the main components to achieve these goals is to have smart, competent, and responsive employees with full integrity and strong commited in order to achieve better performance. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence on leadership, job communication, and organization culture to government employees performance with organizational commitment as a moderator. Research methodolog used in this study is to survey sample of four hundred sixty five employees as respondents by using qustioner. While testing and analysis of data was done using analysis technique with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using program software LISREL 8.80 level. The outcome of this research indicated any significants influence both in partial and total simultaneously on leadership, job communication, organizational culture contributing by fifty on epercent to the changes in government employees performance and organizational commitment while the rest forty nine percent detremine by other variables not in attention in this study. While another outcome of this research indicated any significants influence both in partial and total simultaneously on leadership, job communication, organizational culture, to get synergic with organization commitment contributing by seventy two percent to the changes in government employees performance.
