This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to stock prices in companies Manufacturing sector Food and Beverages listed in BEI period 2012-2016. The sample choosing method that used in this study is purposive sampling method. Sample that used in this study is 11 companies Manufacturing sector Food and Beverages listed in BEI for the year 2012-2016. The processing technic that used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of research, there is no significant influence between Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to stock price. There is no significant simultaneous between Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to the stock market prices.
