Abstract
Organizational commitment is employee loyalty to the company where they work. This, will greatly help employees and companies in achieving company goals. Furthermore, this study tries to examine variables that are influential in creating organizational commitment. The independent variables studied were organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and locus of control. This research was conducted by distributing 85 questionnaires to BAPETEN employees. The satistical analysis to process the data use in this research is SPSS 22. Calculation of questionnaire assessment is done with a Likert scale, and the results of the study are tested with the classic assumption test method. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a dominant influence on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy has no significant effect on organizational commitment, and locus of control has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Simultaneously, organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and locus of control have a significant influence on organizational commitment.
