ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out and empirically examine the effect of Leverage and Profitability on Company Values on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Leverage uses the proxy Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Profitability uses the proxy Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The samples used in this study were 10 property and real estate companies using purposive sampling method. The method used to process data using Eviews version 9. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) significantly influence the Corporate Value and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on The value of the company.
