ABSTRACT

The primary objective of this study is to determine the financial performance of three construction companies namely PT AdhiKarya, PT WaskitaKarya, PTWijayaKarya as they are recommended by BahanaSekuritas in terms of liquidity, solvability, activity, and profitability. The methods are implemented in this research are analysis of financial ratios on the companies? financial statements and income statements. This research resulting the three companies have different performances on each ratios. PT AdhiKarya has the best performance in terms of liquidity and activity ratio, while PT WijayaKarya is the most profitable company. However, PT AdhiKarya has worse performance in solvability ratio reviewed from debt to equity ratio.
