The national problem in human settlement is how to find the all cost reducing to preparing the low cost housing to the poor. The finding of the architecture design by research to ‘Wong Cilik’ communities is the basic design to increasing the ‘Wong Cilik’ dignity through embedded the all of the architecture design, including the aesthetically aspect. The architectural design by research to ‘Wong Cilik’ named the 'beautiful house’ to 'Wong Cilik' as a study refers to Grounded Theory Research and deconstruction method of the normally architectural housing design. The criteria of the beautiful house to ‘Wong Cilik’
are; a) has the minimal dimension, b) innovation in the building structure, c) innovation in architecture elements, d) create the multiuse space, and e) beautifying the facade by expressing the green design.
Several innovation is found as the reduction of the conventional architectural building house; by square form of the building column into triadic form, by reduce the architecture element of door by pivot hinge, and by create the multiuse space, and change the visual performance of the façade by vertically building with aesthetically aspect by greening and beautifying the façade. By using the social media, the architectural research finding will be published as the academia contribution.
