Laban Abang leaf ( Aglaia elliptica Blume ) of family Meliaceae has a potencial effect for anticancer. Methods : The isolation compounds from Laban abang leaf with maceration of methanol has been done. The methanol extract as a product in partition with n-hexane. The product of the extract will be partition again with methanol. Results of BSLT, methanol extract get the value of LC50 15,4764 ppm, n-hexane fraction 37,7198 ppm and methanol fraction 0,5278 ppm. Product distraction with Liquid Vacuum Chromatograpyi (LVC) from BSLT test to methanol fraction is subtraction which has number of toxic compound with value of LC50 5,8002 ppm ( BSLT ) and 14,5759 (cytotoxic test in MCF -7 cell line ). The best subtraction will be separated with method of Coloumn Chromatography ( CC) with sephadex LH20 state phase. From the result that BSLT are known as subtraction 3 give the biggest toxic effect with value of LC50 0,6016 ppm. And then the subsufraction will separated again with another Coloumn Chromatography ( CC ) as well as isolation compound with semi preparative HPLC. As a result that compound which has absorbanc UV maximum patern at wave length 218 and 284 nm in time is 27th minutes. Conclusion From the spectra data, the value of LC50 of Molecular weight is 300 and suspected as a compound odorin.
