ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of return on equity, net profit margin, earning per share and debt to equity ratio on stock prices in basic Property, Real Estate and Building Construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The variables used are the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable is the stock price variable. The independent variable is the return on equity, net profit margin, earning per share and debt to equity ratio. The population of this study are all basic Property, Real Estate and Building Construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. The sample of this study amounted to 80 samples determined using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with rock Eviews software. The results show that return on equity have a positive effect on stock prices, net profit margin have a negative effect on stock prices, while the earning per share and debt to equity ratio does not affect stock prices.
