ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research is to analyze the implementation of the shipping quality control find out system in PT. Muara Sriwijaya Energi (MSE) has been controlled or uncontrolled and to find out the cause of the delivery delay on the company. The analyze method that used in this research is statistical process control, which means satistical method to measure. How good the quality control is the company. The result of this research indicated that product quality control in PT.Muara Sriwijaya Energi (MSE) is not controlled well, seen by 0,154/ day of delay average. The most types of delays that occured in November 2018 is 1.203 item in amaount or 0,430/ day of delay. The result of field observation and interview, the factors that caused this delay were the control wheather the system, engine failure, fleet, geoghraphy.
