This study aims to examine and explain that the return on assets, debt to equity ratio and firm value or simultaneous partial effect on stock prices in the manufacturing sub-sectors of food and beverages are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company of food and beverage sub-sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by 5 companies. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and quantitative approaches. The study found that the company's value (PBV) positive and significant impact on stock prices. Meanwhile, it was found that the variable return on assets (ROA) and debt to equity ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock prices. does not affect the share price in the period of the study. Taken together, the enterprise value (PBV), return on assets (ROA) and debt to equity ratio (DER) effect on stock prices. Suggested the company should pay more attention the enterprise value (PBV) as return on assets (ROA) and debt to equity ratio (DER) will no longer be a benchmark investor to make an investment. But investors should also analyze other factors in making the investment because there are many other factors that can affect the price of stocks in order to minimize the risk of investment.
