Companies need sufficient funds to compete and maintain the company's survival. Maximizing the value of the company is one of the objectives of a company and so that these goals can be achieved, the company needs to pay attention to factors that affect the value of the company itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, dividend policy, and profitability on firm value in the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 as many as 18 companies. The sample in this study was 7 (seven) companies. The dependent variable of this study is the firm value (Y). The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant effect on firm value. The dividend policy does not significantly influence the value of the company. Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. The variables that have the highest calculated value are the leverage and profitability variables. This means that the company's value is driven more by leverage and profitability.
