Job satisfaction is the level where individuals feel positively or negatively about sharing aspects of work. Satisfaction increases when employees are able to achieve goals that really matter to them. Furthermore, this study tries to examine variables that are influential in creating job satisfaction. The independent variables studied were motivation, work flexibility, and work environment. This research was conducted by distributing 125 questionnaires to PT. Pertamina Gas (Head Office) employees. The statistical analysis to process the data use in this research is SPSS 22. Calculation of questionnaire is done with an interval scale, and the results of this study indicate that motivation, work flexibility, and work environment affect partially on the job satisfaction. Simultaneously, motivation, work flexibility, and work environment have a significant influence on job satisfaction.
