THE EFFECT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) AN INTELECTUAL CAPITAL ON MICRO BUSINESS PERFORMANCE IN BATUBANTAR CIMANUK MARKET - PANDEGLANG (Studi Case Batubantar Cimanuk Maret - Pandeglang)



The purpose of this research is to analyze and know (1) the influence competence human resources on performance micro business in Batubantar Pandeglang. The influence capital intellectual on performance micro business in Batubantar Cimanuk- Pandeglang. (3) The influence competence resources and capital intellectual on performance micro business in Batubantar Pandeglang. It should be elaborated variable research in some indicators. Variable competence human resources elaborated into five indicators: the levels education, experience in the business world, competence set financial, competence in marketing, and competence managerial in general. Variable capital intellectual elaborated into three indicators: human capital, structural capital, and relational capital or customer capital. Performance variables micro business elaborated into the four indicators: growth of needs, the growth of customer, the growth of sales, and the growth of asset. Population this research are entrepreneur?s microsurgery in Batubantar Pandeglang. Data taken from questionnaires for respondents. Variable in this research is the variable free (independent) competence human resources (X1) and capital intellectual (X2) variable their lack of roots and (dependent) is a microbusinesses (Y). Data analyzed using analysis linear multiple regression. The research results show that competence and capital intellectual have had a positive impact and significant on performance micro business. Value the coefficients determination shows that on together competence resources and capital intellectual contributed on variables dependent (performance micro business) as much as 72,2 %, while the rest 27.8 % influenced by factor other than model.
