Employee performance in the Company has an important role in achieving company goals. Employees must be truly competent in their fields and employees must also be able to serve optimally. A good person's performance can be influenced by work motivation and work discipline. Furthermore, this study tries to examine variables that are influential in creating employee performance. The independent variables studied were work environment, work discipline and organizational culture. This research was conducted by distributing 150 questionnaires to PT BANK SINARMAS Tbk KCU THAMRIN employees. Calculation of questionnaire assesment is done with a likert scale and the result of the study are tested with the classic assumption method. The result of this study indicate that work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a dominant influence on employee performance and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.
