The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze parole as a communication tool in criminal justice practices. Language is a "big house" for every science, including for Law. Academic & Legal Practitioners - specifically Criminal Law, in the Continental European family law tradition with a civil law system, causes language to be interpreted only as written language or text. Thus, often the constitutive meaning of the text experiences expansion and narrowing - depending on special interests when articulated in the form of languages. The written language or text as a convention (language) in the Criminal Law community, has a different meaning when manifested in the form of parole (languages). This research was conducted based on normative juridical research methods using secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. In this study, researchers suggest the results of the study, namely that parole used in verbal communication infiltrate the interests of speakers and psychological reactions from their listeners. The public authority possessed by the speaker causes the interpretation of the text to be based on its benefits, without regard to social impacts on society. So, the State needs to make a rule of law based on morality and ethics to decide on verbal communication channels that are carried out outside the criminal justice process. Even for communication in the inspection process, it must create a sense of security and calm for anyone examined.
