Employee performance is how an employee fulfill their job with their competence. This, will help company to achieve their goals. Furthermore, this study tries to examine variables that are influential in creating employee performance. The independent variables studied were organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing 100 questionnaires to PT. Madu Pramuka employees. The statistical analysis to process the data use in this research is SPSS 25. Calculate of questioners is done with an interval scale, and the results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a dominant influence on employee performance, organizational commitment have a significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance.
