PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT PUTRA AIDIL KARYA ABADI TANGERANG



The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi Tangerang. This quantitative research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi Tangerang. A sample of 45 respondents with a saturated sample technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study include classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) with the help of a software application, namely SPSS. The results showed that simultaneously the leadership style and work environment affect the job satisfaction of PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi Tangerang employees. Partially, the leadership style has a positive effect on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi Tangerang, while the work environment does not have a positive effect on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Putra Aidil Karya Abadi Tangerang.
