Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a public health problem throughout the world with
an increased incidence, prevalence and level of morbidity. This PGK requires high
maintenance costs. Late stage CKD patients are indicated to receive renal
replacement therapy, namely dialysis. Dialysis refers to both peritonial dialysis and
hemodialysis. Funding for chronic kidney disease is the second largest ranking of
health BPJS after heart disease. The purpose of this study was to analyze the
treatment and average costs according to the Hospital perspective compared to the
rates of INA CBGs in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing outpatient
hemodialysis at RSUD Kota Bekasi in 2017. The type of this study was an
observational study with a cross sectional (retrospective) approach. use patient
medical record documents, financial data and patient treatment data. Cost analysis
