This study aims to describe the intentions of violation of traffic on commuter bikers in Jakarta. Commuting stress can be defined as an environmental stimulus that appeared during a routine trip between home and place of activity that is perceived to produce strain on the individual. Intention commit traffic offenses are showing their desire or effort to display the behavior of one's readiness to violate the Act relating to traffic. Two hundred motorcyclists participated in this study. Data obtained through the measuring instrument is a measuring tool intention commit traffic violations. The results of this study indicate that the picture of the intentions of traffic offenses are at a moderate level, there are no significant differences between the sexes, domicile, mileage and travel time with intention to commit a traffic violation. contributed 16,3% to the career maturity
