This research aim is to know the influence of body image and sexual communication to sexual satisfaction on overweighted wife. The internal factor as body image and external factor as sexual communication expected affect overweighted wife to had sexual satisfaction. Based on the aim of this research, hypothesis result is tested with multiple linear regression which shows that there is influence of body image and sexual communication to sexual satisfaction on overweighted wife. Sample in this study are 164 overweighted wife within the age range 20-64 years old. Technique sampling with accidental sampling. The method of analysis data using linear multiple regression and the results shows that of 45,6% body image and sexual communication has influenced sexual satisfaction. Body image doesn’t affected to sexual satisfaction. Sexual communication had affected sexual satisfaction 66%.
